Friday afternoon on the M25 was the usual stop-start but as it's only a short(ish) journey for us it really wasn't too bad, just could have done without the pouring rain though. Rosie came along and was very happy in her new carrier.

We left earlier than initially planned and therefore we managed to bag a pitch right alongside the River Thames, it was still raining but not too bad and it didn't take long to get set up.

This weekend was really all about relaxing, it's been pretty full-on since before Christmas in the MoonStarr household. We really didn't want to do anything except chill - and that we did. Other than a short walk to the local hostelry for a couple of bevvies we did nothing but eat, drink and watch TV (I did a bit of crafting too :-) The weather has been very 'Aprilish' and bloomin cold at night but we both came away feeling very relaxed and just as much in love with our motorhome as we were last year. Can't wait until our holiday.....
